HA Ghazala / Project Scope: Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape design / Client: Private Individual
The home is situated at the rear of the site, allowing for utilizing a setting that is very transparent and very intensive contact with nature. For this, the design incorporated an indoor-outdoor concept to the architecture such that all the entertainment spaces become one. The plan consists of loosely placed glass partitions with a clear skylight structure acting as the central hub-still sanctuary- of the house. Materials in this project we selected to install a rigorous and consistent hole acting as a neutral backdrop to a strong bold color palette introduced in abstract unexpected elements and the furnishings. The vision through the bright bold colors used convey the rejuvenating effect the still sanctuary has on the busy full household.
